2. Measurements and Fittings

• Measurements are taken with care and accuracy at the time of order.

• Any change in body size or shape after measurements are taken is the customer’s responsibility.

• Fitting sessions may be required to achieve the best results.

3. Custom Orders

• Custom-made garments are created to your specifications and are non-refundable once work commences.

• After production begins (fabric cut, pattern made, or stitching started) changes or cancellations may not be possible.

• We may make reasonable professional adjustments to improve fit or durability while preserving the agreed design.

4. Alterations

Additional alteration requests after final delivery may incur extra charges. Timelines for alterations depend on complexity and current workload.

5. Delivery and Timelines

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to material availability, workload, or unforeseen circumstances. Express services may be available for an additional fee.

6. Payments

• A deposit may be required to confirm your order; the balance is due upon completion or collection.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or approved digital options.

• Prices quoted are for tailoring services only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Refunds and Returns

Because garments are often custom-made, refunds are not provided once work has started. If a manufacturing defect or service error occurs, we will correct it at no extra cost. Refunds apply only when services cannot be fulfilled due to reasons on our part.

8. Fabric and Materials

Customers who supply their own fabrics accept the risk for fabric quality and suitability. Regal Tailors is not liable for defects or damage arising from provided materials.

9. Liability

Regal Tailors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

10. Privacy

Your personal information (including name, contact details, and measurements) will be used to fulfill your order and will not be shared with third parties except as required to provide service (e.g., delivery partners) or by law. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
